My Story

Hi, my name is Jon, I am a fairly active person, I play football, do triathlons, and cycle regularly. However I am definitely not a long distance endurance cyclist, so I am really looking forward to challenging myself by attempting the RideLondon 100 mile challenge.

I am raising money for Adoption UK as I have been amazed and touched by how the adoption community support one another; engaging and educating at all stages of the process, which I am experiencing myself as a prospective adopter with my wife.

Adoption UK is the leading charity providing support, community and advocacy for all those whose lives involve adoption, including those parenting children who cannot live with their birth families, and adopted people. They connect people, provide support and training and campaign for improvements to adoption policy and practice. They provide a strong, supportive community and are the largest voice of adopters. in the UK.

See more of what they do at https://www.adoptionuk.org/

I would be incredibly grateful to anyone who can help support me, and therefore adoptive families, by giving whatever you can.
